Please remember that students applying for Student Health Insurance through Time Insurance (Fortis/Assurant) MUST have a social security number.

Those students without a social security number should apply for international medical insurance. See the link to the left for IMGs comprehensive international medical coverage.

Student Health Insurance Products are available in states except New York.

On Assurant's Website, you can download the Application Forms or enter an Application online. (A Login is required). The Forms are also available here on our site, without a login.

International Students who do not have a social security number cannot apply for Student Health Insurance through Assurant. We recommend that these students are written under an International Medical Insurance Policy through IMG.
